Scout launched in beta in August 2026, starting in San Francisco and New York City, and is live today. Registering gets you matched right away, and the interactive demo on the homepage runs the same intake conversation Nova uses when you sign up.
What does Scout cost?+
Pricing hasn't been finalized yet. Everyone on the waitlist will hear about it before it's announced publicly.

Phone verification, LinkedIn identity badges, and scam/fraud pattern detection run on every profile and every inbound inquiry — on both the renter and host side.
What is “agent-to-agent” matching?+
Before you or a potential roommate/host ever exchange a message, Nova talks to their agent to confirm budget, move-in date, and dealbreakers actually line up. You only see matches that already cleared that bar.
What happens to my phone number and data?+
Your number is used to text you matches and verification codes — never sold. You can text STOP at any time to opt out. Full details are in our

I have a room to fill — can I use Scout too?+
Yes. Scout screens renters the same way it screens listings —
list your room and Nova will pre-screen inbound interest before it reaches you.
